Great run along the Mississippi this morning. 12 miles with a 6am start. Contrary to some of the shorter runs lately, it is nice when you run long enough to actually finish in the sunlight (as opposed to starting in the dark and ending in the dark). The sight of the MPLS skyline as the sun is rising never gets old!
Cold...but whatever - it's MN. What do you expect?
Legs didn't feel great, body was shot from 4 hours of sleep and I was dying for Recoverite by the end, but the perfect way to kick off a Saturday...and two days of NFL playoff football.
